my wife is the events coordinator for the restrauant. Makes discussions on menus and stuff pretty easy. One of the first off site functions I did was a rehearsal for 150. Out of their kitchen. Lol. It was a pretty nice kitchen admittedly tho, still kind of rough, they certainly weren't hurting. We have a dozen or so catered events set up for this summer, hoping to add a few more to it.

It's easy peasy. Just finger foods buffet style. She wants a cookie bar, lil smokies, fruits and veggies, things like that. I'm doing my chicken salad on mini croissants, ham and cheese pinwheels, and that's about it. Just a sweet little country wedding.
