What's the matter, granny?

I am in pain of course. still crapping myself to death. took a pill . There is so much stuff needing done here and I am just not able to do it and that hurts because I have always been the ONE. you know ? wasnt 3 yrs. ago I was on the roof repairing it and now I cant even use a step stool.

They do. Young ones. It's so heartbreaking for me. We all shared a house as newlyweds. (The upstairs and downstairs were rented separately. They came in through the window to use the washer/dryer. )

I havent read the statistics but I believe over 50% of marriages  end in divorce.  its a shame . especially with littles.  But it happens and it could be better on the kids then what they may or may not be hearing now. 

Of all of our married friends we're the only ones who are still together and haven't had extreme counseling because of serious issues. I'm not bragging. I'm heartbroken.

There have been two cases where DH acted quickly to stop us from having issues. One: when I stayed in bed four days DH called my doc and dragged me in that day so I could get meds, get help, and get better. Two: we went on a two-night marriage counseling retreat. Our pastor recommended it and the church paid. We gained so much insight into how to better communicate our feelings and expectations. I hated him, at that point, and it was mostly the depression talking. Luckily I hadn't acted on it in any way.

Robert wore braces for 2 yrs. crazy expensive and he wont even brush his teeth.

Yeah. It's a battle in this house too... I'm still waiting to make sure Vinnie is well enough to go today. He says he is but he was sick all day yesterday.

secrets to marriage ? you have to want it. you have to forgive easily. there are a ton. its not always about love, sex. I dont see you ever being divorced .

This couple just always seemed to have it more together than any of us. Always in step and on the same page. We are particularly close to them, so that's why it's more rattling to me.

I understand. That's a tough one....

I havent had heat in my bedroom all winter. Its no wonder I am getting sick. Roberts friend went under there and fixed a problem he seen but I guess it wasnt The problem.

Speaking from experience... Don't take sides and refuse to talk about it with them.... If it's negative. Remember also... It takes two to tango is a lie. It takes only one to decide to be done...

And comes the age old question, which one will stay your friend..

Do they go to the same church as you ? Is it too late for them to go where you went ?
