That sounds fun. We have a raceway about half an hour away. Got offered a job pulling coffee long ago... My them husband, not my current one said no. I would have loved that and they tip super good there!!

Mmmm, I love green beans. Have to put some in this year. We got some new different types of cucumbers too. Can't wait for those. Right now the sugar snap peas are going crazy. There's another gallon to pick up in the garden... Maybe tomorrow.

Are you gonna pickle... We go through to big jars a pickles in two weeks. One thing I wish I learned to do. DH eats dill pickles everyday as a snack and I eat bread and butter pickles a couple times a week.

No. These are eating cucumbers. Striped Armenian and Persians. I suppose you could pickle them, but I actually like them fresh, make some sort of chopped veggie salad. I'm kind of strange, prefer most veggies raw as opposed to cooked or brined. Fresh is best for me! A distant cousin did give me a simple recipe for sweet refrigerator pickles that was delicious. Lost it long ago, but will try to replicate it. No cooking involved!

Me and cucumbers got something going on. I wish I could plant some. I hear they are easy and hardy to grow but I just love the smell of them. Cant get enough. cucumber dressing, soap, whatever I can find. LOL They are hard for me to eat but I dont let that stop me..
