forgot to tell it, 2 of the 11 new babies were found out in the run today. cols and one had a very small blood spot . looked like from a peck but I have them back in the coop with mama now. She is attacking everything that moves so why didnt she get the 2 chicks ?

cols? cold? I think if the babies don't respond to mama's signals, they get picked off. Ones that stay close and pay attention survive. Natural selection.

LOL I am so sleppy. sleepy ! yes, cold. I think once they are in the run they cant get back in the coop. I dont have a ramp, its a cinder block.
