So y'all know I've been cleaning all day? I look like I've been cleaning all day. :/ the doorbell rang and I jumped up: an elderly man and lady who wanted to tour my coop! e of course I had just fluffed the dog bed in my black shirt and I was covered in CLUMPS of fur. But it was a nice visit!

I had also cleaned the porch yesterday so they had to step over TWO clumps of hay I had swept up but not taken to compost yet. :/

This is what the millennial moms are calling "scruffy hospitality."

Never met them! They were friends of the couple who bought chickens a few days ago. WHY DIDNT I THINK OF THAT??? I was too busy apologizing for the smells. I don't know why I always apologize that my animals poop. :/

You think the other chickens will eat them ? I am so overrun right now. out of fed again ! they ate all the eggs and left a few shells and all the worming meds in the bottom of the pan. Big coop ate it all. 82 eggs ! I just had 2 eggs over east on a slice of toast. Talk about messy . even my lips are sticky.
