I have a recipe somewhere on making your own instant hot chocolate mix it isn't bad

I make it from coco . its easy. and I have cc ice cream and hersheys syrup on my brownie .

coco and enough water to dissolve it, a pinch of salt. cook it for a min. or 2 then add whole milk.

Not often. If I want something hot I'll have hot chocolate or soup. Or hot chocolate.

thats why you dont like it. you dont smoke. hahaa they go together.

from scratch or powdered instant ??
Always with milk. No fakey mixes. I have a good one that is semisweet or semibitter depending on your outlook.

You should make yourself some hot chocolate Wishing. or have the boys make you a cup if they can. It has natural pain killers in it. the darker the better.
