I found one I liked... The Marie calendar pot pies but I love a home cooked meal. I haven't had to cook yet. Mom has been doing it and man, she is an amazing cook!! I'm gonna be 500 pounds!

No one asked how I did the gown so I will tell it anyway. LOL Tom had one dress shirt. the one we were married in. I bought a sleeveless ? Nightgown. took it apart at the shoulder seems , cut the cuffs of of Toms shirt and sewed it to the gown. Made a world of difference. just unbutton the sleeves and let it fall, I made a slit by the breast and sewed like a giant button hole then made a pocket over that for heart monitor .

I think you should try the ice. It numbs the pain (takes about 10 minutes) and relieves the inflammation. One of those specially made ice packs would work best. They are frozen but stay soft and conform to your foot. If it doesn't have a soft cover, use a dish towel over your skin to protect it.

Vicodin is Tylenol and hydocodone. That's the addictive stuff. Other than it being addictive, I don't know if it has any bad side effects, and if you need it for pain control, you need it. Not many things known that are more addictive than nicotine.

those gel things . I have seen those. I have mares thing . I use it a lot for my neck. heat though.
