Oh me too! But I have an excellent excuse to get out of part of it. Got some banking stuff to do in town and need to get to a notary. Then since I'm in town, I might as well do a little shopping, which for me is looking around. Have to avoid the feed store though, because they had the most fluffy cheeky EEs in. Very hard to resist!!!
I got some really differently marked EE chicks in my order this year. I can't wait to see how they turn out. Does this help or hinder ??
I will have to live vicariously through your EE pictures that you WILL be taking at the next available opportunity. My coop is full and I still have those Serama chicks living part time in the garage. I say chicks, but the top cockerel has been crowing since 4 weeks, and the 3 others are practicing now. Hope your EEs get along with the Del's which I've heard can be a little aggressive. Green eggs are so fun though.
So far my EE's have gotten along with allt he other breeds and vise-a-versa Other then some of the roo's I have/had light brahma's , cinnamon queens, austrolorps, silver laced wyandotts and ee's The del's will be going to the annex so I can properly evaluated egg production.
