if you vehicle is like mine, when chicks are in, there's a magnet that pulls me to the feed store. Thought it was just my car but as it turns out, pearls car has the same magnet.

My farm babies are all super mad at me. I had to leave them in the coops today because of yesterday's hawks. Maybe I can let them out if it looks like I'll be home.

Only 9 days till staff get here! I'm not ready in the least. I have to get my house clean. Because I said so. I won't be able to handle a house full of strangers if it's all cluttered.

300 posts behind. 1 1/2 days. Cooked polk salad today. Dd wants to try it. Mom used to cook it every spring.

Not really but was fixing too. I didn't have a thermometer at the time and in a panic I stuck them under a heat lamp. When I got home with a thermometer, I found out that I cooked them at 108 degrees. They didn't taste to bad though. @BantyChooks
