I'm not a fan of fried food. Occasional chips or french fries is about it for me.

No, not spicy.  I would just buy canned, but haven't made enchiladas in 20 yrs!  Going to this week now! 



Mount St. Helens is rumbling again.  Lots of little quakes over the past 2 months. 

Ohhhh that's normal. Little earth quakes every few years burping out pressure.

Raw egg ?

Kind of. yolk only. You cook it really slow over a hot water bath and add in the melted butter. It's probably about as cooked as the yolk in a poached egg or sunny side up, which is to say, not much at all, but warm.


Real mayonnaise has mostly uncooked eggs too.
