Breakfast was good now I have the energy to lay on the couch and watch the boob tube. It's so gloomy outside a perfect setup for a chill and lazy day.

Hi Attimus, did you see the duck I attempted to cook ?  LOL It had good flavor but was dry.

think I missed it. Plates been full, no pun intended. You can cook duck breast medium rare and it won't be dry. I know it's weird to think about bird being medium rare but it's OK with duck.
