Hi Melon, how are your chicks doing?

Great! the little roo found his voice and they i just gave them a little bit of  tuna. They don't know if they like it. I also got them a laser toy that they will follow, using it to teach them agility. Doing great so far

That's too funny about the laser toy, can see them running around chasing the red light

Granny & wishing, sorry about your chicken losses today. Lost one myself due to my own stupidity. A little week old silkie drown in the outside water dish

Thanks. It's sad, but I've come to expect some losses. My kids however, take it so hard. Especially #2. He was so sad.

I do have 4 little cockerels to take Mo's place, and I was informed it would not be the same. They will get attached again, just takes time.

Wanted to share pictures of our completed greenhouse, but of course, my pictures won't load. Thank goodness we have it because it snowed May 14th & May 15th. Sure ready for nicer weather. We got it planted 2 weekends ago. Have had to have a small heater running the last few nights because of snow & frost. Hopefully BYC let's me load picture soon.
