One meatie ready for the freezer. going at a whopping 7lbs. 3.4 oz.   It was way to hard to pluck and I dont want to do it again. next one will be skinned. my hands are very tired.

Konner was raring to go with his rubber gloves. I should of took a picture. He was standing close when I sliced its neck off and he had a hold of the feet.  For some reason he didnt let go and the main artery in the neck was squirting. He was covered in blood from head to toe. every where except his gloves that is  !   I laughed tears.  The look on his face..   

Way freezer? Cook it fresh and eat it !
