I just dont like the way body builders look. shame on me. they are healthy and work hard at it. 

My cousin is ripped like that. You right he works very hard at It. He tried to get me to workout with him years ago. I didn't. My dad's side of the family is all thick and broad shoulders. My son played football and I my mom said , don't he looks cute in his helmet and shoulder pads? I told her that he wasn't wearing shoulder pads lol.
