great pics Camp, first one looks like a 2 headed chicken for a min. LOL I keep forgetting to tell I have tomatoes. small still but a bunch of them. and new owner said Flo is enjoying the new pond.

Hi Granny, I hope the chicks recover quickly!Mornings, both broody cages have sick chicks in them . cocci in one and pasty butt in the other with maybe pink eye.

Thanks! I've snuck two little tomatoes out of the garden so far. It looks dry but the soil is still moist under the surface. So I'm going to water tomorrow. I'm tempted to put carpet scraps in the garden. Or maybe some burlap? I don't know. I did notice that the cucumbers on one side (north) of the trellis seem to be doing better than the other side (south). So next year I could plant corn on the south side to trellis the cucumbers? I'll try anything once.
