I hope she'll pass what ever it is tomorrow. I know she's at least two and a half years old. I hope things just aren't shutting down. But I know it'll happen sooner or later. Why is it always my favorite one? And it's never an extra roo.

What does her crop feel like? Is it full?

I'm so sorry that happened.  

Thanks. She was so tiny. I was so proud of her. Got left in the nest box. Last night was the first night the broody took them up there. This morning I was busy so my husband took care of the chickens. He didn't check that they all came down. By the time he found her she was dehydrated. We tried but she didn't make it.

My power has been off since yesterday,it's back now,it took the net and cable all day to come on..we had a wicked storm 55 winds.scared the heck out of me...

Glad you are okay. I hate the wind too. Makes my ears hurt and things can sneak up on you when it's windy.

Went out and got my first dog after listening to the wind all night one time when I was living alone. Growing up, electricity was not taken for granted. It went out every winter at least once, always from the wind. One time it was out for 5-6 days and we had my cousins' family visiting. They all went out for pizza and my brother and I stayed home with the critters and cooked little pieces of steak on the ash shovel in the fireplace. It was delicious!

well that's how old he told me she was anyway. She may be older.

I think so. I spent $50 on various auto detailing stuff. Clay bar, wax, funk removal stuff that doesn't work...

I tried to get on here so many times today. Always something came up. I read everything, but it's not quite as nice as talking to people who are on at the same time. Sorry I missed so many of you today.
