yup the 30th. I didnt realize it was so close. worse sitting still. Im ok. its not bad just different.

Are you still having trouble with digestion and excretion? Might be dizzy from electrolytes being off from combo of the high heat and your system not absorbing enough of what you need.

yes I am, the pain is gone and thats it. I sweated hard today .
