Very cool. Who knew?? We were very low tech back then. If you could easily get milk from the bag, you expected a foal on the ground within 24 hrs. Low tech registration time was fun too. We all sat around the kitchen table thinking up names and then searching through the registry book to see if it was taken. had to have 5 names per foal, in case they got taken bt the time your info was processed. Dad put a name on kind of as a joke, thinking it wouldn't come down to #3, so we had Snidely Whiplash.

Hate to think what names 4 and 5 were!
