the arrow should be down then where it goes to the rooms ? You know the filters that have metal wires going through them on one side? The arrows are pointing up to that. The filter goes on the top of the unit . air is sucked into the unit and I have them wires up so the air is hitting the wire side then forced through. arrows up.
