Let me clear my self. I HAVE NEVER SAID OR INTENTED TO SAY that the disabled and the needed should be God forbid, be exclude from society or from they right for happy and long life! I also didn't refer to the people that have had a disease or a damaged that they could not do ANYTHING about it. I am speaking to people that because thir WAY OF LIFE have becom ill!
And when I am speaking about way of life I mainly speak about nutrition and exercise! This 2 things can PREVENT a lot of agony, pain, and suffering! I want speek here about the metabolic syndrome you do your own research.
And about paying the gym. Not eny one works at a physical work and sometimes the only way you force yourself to exercise after a long day at work is to PAY!
If you comper the gym fee that you pay to the mony you could pay for treatment of diabetes or dialysis you can do the math.
And about force of will I am training 6 days a week for 30 years and I have NEVER enjoyed one minute of it!
I do it because I KNOW how important is to my health, and I KNOW where I whould have standing without it. I have my grandfather and my father RIP as examples!

I know you didn't mean that. And I didn't mean anything bad in what I was saying. There's just a lot on this thread that can't work out. And unfortunately diabetes runs in my family bad. I was in good shape and was still borderline diabetic. Even on a good diet. My cousin is a body builder on a good diet and he is diabetic. I know that some people do bring it on themselves though. I need to get back to my diet a little better. Especially since I can't get the exercise that I need.

Maybe Pearl can post some pictures for you.  I would love to see them!

I'm so far behind. Worked on my sons car Saturday and Sunday. Frustrating when a thirty minute job takes two days. But I think we got it. Haven't felt like getting on. How is everyone?
