true except she isn't in season   and you forgot about the evil older sister  who is constantly trying to protect Lu's virtue.

Oh we are having fun here with bitches coming into heat. Poor male dogs are not happy. And now they all come in one right after he other. And I have two boarders now and am getting two more. Not fun because I have to do more rotations.

Quote: Incubation is 21 days. On day 18 we enter "lockdown," which means no more turning the eggs, no more opening the bator, no more candling. We just wait IMPATIENTLY for babies. People say the hens don't go into lockdown, but I've seen a few who went pancake flat and didn't flinch the last few days. Looks like lockdown to me.
My broody hens definitely go into lockdown. Buster was at the end of the 21 days when I got her chicks. Took her 3 days before she'd get up and take care of them. How such a huge chicken can be so flay is beyond me.

This pup seems smart. He knows what no means. hehee
Insufficient pictures to determine cuteness. Must have more.

So was this a puppy rescue sort of situation? Or more like seeing the candy bars while waiting at the checkout? Although, occasionally I have rescued candy bars.

Its hard to get it still long enough for pictures. haha He was definitely a candy bar. although I have to say something was pushing me over there. I passed it twice , doubled back, just has to have tomatoes from "that place". Had my own at home, other amish places closer that have the same tomatoes. same price. It was a sign free pups. I was like yup, I want one. I never take boy dogs but I couldnt help myself. Tom still not talking to me. I did catch him smiling at the pup once when it growled at his shoe. He just isnt feeling good.
