I thought my coop and run predator proof. Surprise ! Its not. 3 dead in the run and one in the coop itself. Looked like there was NO wound. but no head either so I dont know how they pulled that off. Then one chick alive and stuck between the chicken wire and dog kennel. I set my trap and put it inside the run and locked them up in the coop.

The one lick tub has just a little left around the edge and the other is almost gone as well.

That's 500 lbs of licks in a month. for 6 adults


that is almost 3 lbs of licks per animal per day. To much

I would "bait" the trap with one of the deceased. Might help catch it sooner.

Konner tossed them. The tolbunt roo I had in a cage to itself , The cage was messed up pretty bad something strong like a coon but something was INside the coop . No signs of anything that could of got it.

wait so you lost your breeding tolbunt roo??

Nope, He is too mean even for a coon ! LOL I filled the feeders up with 7 scoops of feed and gave him to the ladies. Hope I dont have to go in there soon. LOL There was feathers.

I dont have fertile eggs. shoot I dont have eggs at all. whatever got in the serama coop ate the eggs too. I think I have a weasel and a coon. My trap is not setting easy either.
