Try eating breakfast, lunch, small supper, and nothing after 7-8. If you skip all your meals it tricks your body into starvation mode because it believes resources are scarce. Good protein for breakfast: a couple of eggs, bowl of oatmeal with pumpkin seeds or almonds, stuff like that.


I will give that a shot.

Mornings, Camping gives good advise. your body is in starvation mode. Throw that scale in the garbage and concentrate on how you are having more energy ! Nothing is immediate except water loss. I am proud of you for what you have accomplished so far !

Okay. I'll get that too. Lol!!!

I do eat too late in the evening.. I think that has a lot to do with it but the good news is that my energy levels have gone up and that's the main thing. I am now averaging 12000 steps. Instead of 2000 lol


That's so good! :highfive: I need to get more active. I tried to climb a fence Saturday and it was pathetic. :oops: I've lost a lot of muscle.

Well, we were in a parking lot at a shop, and we wanted to get to the next shop but there was a "fence" from the building all the way to the street. To low to go under. But there was a curb so I sat on it and spun around. But on the other side, no curb. So Kane held my bag and I climbed over. It was still pretty pathetic, esp because Kane hopped over on one hand and the other girls also zipped right over.

I also hopscotched yesterday and thought my ankles would break.
