I wish you guys could hear her. She is snoring soooo loud.
 
Anyone have a Fitbit? We could be Fitbit pals. I do my fitness pal but haven't been good at tracking my food maybe is we become friends I could do better.
 
Coors light is 102 calories per 12 ounce can. Never finish off the entire six pack. I don't drink any thing else but water all day and two cups of Joe in the morning. I mainly eat dinner and I have been having smaller portions except the burger night was loaded with Greece and fat. I can't cut back any more or I won't eat. Lol
I was going to say the same thing as camping, but she said it better. Small snacks throughout the day are better than one large meal.



Try eating breakfast, lunch, small supper, and nothing after 7-8. If you skip all your meals it tricks your body into starvation mode because it believes resources are scarce. Good protein for breakfast: a couple of eggs, bowl of oatmeal with pumpkin seeds or almonds, stuff like that.

Mornings, Camping gives good advise. your body is in starvation mode. Throw that scale in the garbage and concentrate on how you are having more energy ! Nothing is immediate except water loss. I am proud of you for what you have accomplished so far !
This is the truth!!! The scale can be your enemy. Focus on feeling healthy. Weight can be a trap. Once a month is enough. Twice at the most.

The app for my fitbit looks like this:
I hadn't synced it yet today. I have the auto sync turned off.
It has more "categories" too.
Sleep
Calories left
Track your exercise
Water amounts drank for the day
and more.

If you click on each category, ex steps,
It shows a graph or chart view of every day as far back as to when I first got it.

You don't have to really count any calories....you start typing the food in and it pulls up any and every kind of that food.....brand name or fast food..and homemade.

Good morning all. Weighed myself and I don't know if its the old dumb scale or me... But no progress and I have worked hard this week. I'm still not positive I can lose the weight cause it is medicine induced but I'll keep going and see if I can't at least get my jeans to loosen with time. Very frustrating but I will keep chugging along.

just remember that muscle weighs more then fat. But takes up less room Go figure.
 
I haven't been out walking at all in this heat!
But I see neither have any of my friends!


I think everyone is kinda taking summer break.
We all have much more to do each day with our kids home.
But I will tell you all this...
THE day school starts I will get my butt back into gear...even in the heat!
