DH said I've got to go from 100+ to about 20 chickens.

a guy is coming Saturday for three of them. Told him I'd make him a deal on mixed breed layers, so hoping I can get him up to about 10.

I pm'd a lady wanting pullets in LA who didn't know where to look. I sent her to the LA thread and also mentioned your name. She keeps winding up with cockerels and can't keep them. Be on the look out for her, she may be customer. Got to check my pm for her name. 2hnznroo

I never expected the base of our lady to be like that. What a cool picture. For some reason I thought it was right at the edge of the water. Hersheys right there !

They have everything... shoppers paradise! And you can smoke in all the casinos! Look up pics of the real statue. She is standing on a huge star-ish shaped pedestal on an island in the harbor. I didn't know that either until we were looked when #2 went back east on a school trip 2 yrs ago.

Hi h2o. No, we are in Utah, right outside of Zion National Park. Hopefully we will get to see inside the park, but the remnants of a monsoon came through and flash flooded some of the roads. Sign said there was a rock slide too. We got here toward evening, so weren't really planning on doing much anyway. My turn for a shower and then we need to sleep. Early day tomorrow.

Danna, hope you feel better. Granny, you too. I am a firm believer in icing now. Don't forget the ice!

What a day I had!

They saw

Little puppies on the ultrasound Wanted to have fun in sacto but it was too hot to leave dog in the car.

I looked for shade but none to be found. It wasn't too hot but I didn't want to
risk it.

Thought about going by Bradshaw feed to get a mate for my one baby chick but I drove to far down the freeway and I didn't want to backtrack. So my one baby chick is lonely

Got home and tried to relax until my husband came home. I knew I better go take care of chickens my July 1 chickens drink almost their whole waterer in one day now. They are huge, they are

I went out last night to lock the coops,i fell hit hard nothing is broken but i'm so sore..

Was it because of inadequate light? I got some solar powered lights that come on as I walk up.

good eveing so was catching up HAPPY BIRTHDAY OR BELATED as I can't remember what day it was posted BUT I didn't read it until this evening.


Nasty storms all over tonight they had had over 2 inch HAIL about 20 miles north of the farm..

Done with farm until next week.

Putting an apartment back together in am but should be on and off most of tomorrow.
