Yes, epitome of the ugly American. They were drunk and acted poorly, but did have a gun pulled on them by a security guard. Rio police are overreacting. They paid for the damage caused and it should have been over. There is more to the story we are not hearing and there is 3 minutes of surveillence video missing.

true BUT the Olympic committee isn't allowed to visually check the sexes any more and blood tests for estrogen and testosterone can be/are inconclusive.

I think she is genetically a female, but has no ovaries and high testosterone, so has male characteristics too. Born that way.


Even sober, Ryan Lochte is not the sharpest knife in the drawer! Maybe not enough oxygen with all that swimming.
