Jane, how do you cook octa do it's not so slimy. I've tried. I have better luck with zucchinis.

Slice okra, add egg, stir, add cornmeal-enough to coat well(can use flour), put oil in baking dish, add okra & bake at 350 for 40+ minutes or fry if u like to stand over the stove.

Kiki with that many options. U have NO excuses not to walk or cycle
