yes I am, The swap is just over the bridge to Ky. Milton Ky. I forgot to say earlier to Danna, You could come and spend the night then it wouldnt be a bad trip. Spend the weekend. I can give you all my bed and sleep where I do it the best, my recliner.

We had one too, original to the old farmhouse. Made the hot water cold very fast. It was a horse trough in it's second life, and now it's just sitting under an oak tree, filled with dead leaves, waiting for a 3rd life. Wonder if it would make a good duck pond....

I thought about a lily pond . maybe a trickle out of an original faucet.

My duck pond plan would necessarily include a few ducks.

Awwww How could anyone give him a red frowny face? He seems to be communicating fine except for articulation. He was really trying to say hall clearly, too. Effort is half the battle! Speech therapist will have some good tricks to help him.

He was actually saying "farm." "F" sounds are one of his worst. He's better at F at the end of a word (leaF) but he's not good with finishing the final sounds, so there's that. Anyway, just have to be consistent and keep practicing. ALSO I talked to the teacher briefly yesterday. I had sent a note saying we had explained appropriate behavior, expectations, and punishments with him and asking her to review center rules and procedures (his biggest offenders). She caught me in the car line and said she thinks the biggest trouble is that bubba is following the example of another rambunctious boy. I wish she could see him sit quietly in the car for an hour, or ask me if ducks are endangered. The kids learned about the symbol for endangered species at the zoo; bubba would run ahead to tell us if the next animal was endangered or not. And then we'd talk about why. Anyway, I still want a sit down meeting. I'll tell her Tuesday.
