then they might have some squatter's rights or they might be able to force landlord to take them to court to get them evicted. Reason I now have a lease policy. Also not sure about other states laws.

they had paid the rent somewhere else and went to court. Judge gave them 10 days .

NOPE ! lol you need 2 1/2 acres to set up living quarters . as far as septic is concerned. I looked into that for DS. Even if it were so I wouldnt do it. I would have them killed in a week I imagine.
