They're pretty in the northern part of the state. We have one here at camp, really scraggly. I should plant more! My favorite are gardenias.

the smell from gardenias is worldwide . LOL I seen one for sale at lowes last time I was there and went rushing over . No way ! ya, no way. 10-0 for the low. It gets a lot colder . Lows is bad for that.

That's it! I'm cutting mine back. Not sure how... I'm thinking about cutting it back to just the biggest branches. I've already cut everything lower than my knees. The branches were dragging the ground.

with those you can trim them however you want them to look. They are hardy . I havent trimmed mine yet . Its getting good sized and hiding what I bought it for.

That's great! I've finally decided what to do with the bathtub I've been dragging around for 7-8 years AND where to put it AND I'll have a whole squad of 20-somethings here Saturday to help out! :yesss: :yesss: :yesss:

I can't decide if I want to paint the underside of the tub or leave it "rustic."

Here's a pic of DD in it when she was a baby.

That's tragic.

We gave DH's godmother a crepe Myrtle one year. She said it died back every year and grew back in the spring, but never bloomed. She was super disappointed.

aww, she is so very cute and with those beads she is screaming LA . LOL Dont know If I would paint or not. I did mine in the house . It held good.
