Foot is twingey. I helped cook hamburgers at a cross country bbq run for #2's team on Friday. Spent way too long standing around on that foot, so it's acting up. My back and I have agreed on a truce. I don't aggravate it and it doesn't hurt me. Hard part is remembering!

How about you? You were having some trouble a little while ago. A fall, right?

chicken started boiling right away which is weird because it was still half frozen. How long does it take to cook boneless thighs fork tender ? the rice takes 20 min.

i did fall but it was just a sore ankle,it's ok now.A brazlion years ago you ask what me and Jane take for arthitis I can't take anything .I only have one kidney so that stops me from anything strong.

I have no idea what that dr. wants done. I was just a little drunk. hahaa I did almost face plant on the stool. hahaa I have to get on it like a horse. It rolls very well. DD offered me $20.00 for it. I said if you got 20 pay me what you owe.
