Evidently Mother Nature doesn't have a current calendar as we had Rain, Lightening, and Thunder Storms all night last night.

It's that wacky weather of the season change I guess -- we had cold and rainy yesterday -- tomorrow is going to be 25+ degrees warmer and sunny/beautiful.

Say Mare do you have a coop on your place already or are you planning on building one ??

No coop yet - but there are already plans in the works for the boys to get one built for me in time to start chicks this spring. I really hesitate having them do it - this is the same crew (DH, FIL and DS) that built the barn at the last place..............great work, they just tend to SERIOUSLY over-build which resulted in them ending up about triple the budget I had worked out based on the plans *I* had worked up. To their credit, it was a fabulous little barn, held up to hurricane force winds (literally, as Hurricane Ike blew threw days after they finished building) and made for a nice conversion to my last chicken coop -- hoping this time I can keep them a bit more in check. On the upside, since DH and FIL both work for the same lumber yard we get a GREAT employee discount on building materials......*I* look at it as, "Great, we'll save 2/3 of the cost on this project" - they look at it as "Great, that means we can use three times as much stuff"

Jane Konner is a size 8
the steak was tender enough but they had a ton of pepper on it. Tasted that more then the meat and it was over cooked but I didnt really care. I wanted me some steak for a long time and I wasnt arguing.
Camping, Of course we are friends. I wouldnt treat an enemy like that ! hahahaaa

only shoe store here is very pricey. I paid $100.00 for shoes there a few times. Yes, I am still wearing them. I had to have them because I couldnt find a shoe to match the height of my breg boot.
I have read the posts 2xs and if I missed someone I am sorry. Its not on purpose.
