I asked for epidural with #2, but midwife said it was too late, did I feel like pushing? Heck yeah! Yelled into the pillow and pushed for my life. #1 was au naturale!

You know, in Detroit it deended on insurance as to how much meds. you got in your epidural. If you were on welfare they gave you very little. They wanted them to feel the pain so they would think twice about having more children.

They gave my mom epidural with her first, she didn't want it, no choice. Naval hospital. They made her cry.

With her #2 (me) she did not let them know how close the contractions were. Laid there in silent agony until nurse came to check her and felt the top of my head! Dr was so mad.

Delivery room was COLD when they rushed her in... March delivery. But she won!

thats terrible. drs have come a long way but can you imagine 50 yrs. from now ?
Mom said ice was inside the window an inch thick when I was born. coldest in history? I could check that now couldnt I ?

Sadistic fish poops! People say after what I went through with #1, why did I have #2. Figured it couldn't be any worse. Best thing that ever happened to #1 was having #2. He says it's not true, but we all know the truth!
