I know you can also buy a gun that you load the shots into and then just pop them in the hindquarter.

Teasel was dark brown/ black with a little white spot on her belly. That's how I could pick her out of the rest of the litter when they got weaned. Took a sister with her who was not nearly as friendly. Teasel lived 4 years... long time for a rat. Fellow science teacher had the mother.

I could handle them and hold them for a bit BUT then I would start to tense up and go into rigormortis and my friend/boss would have to remove them and put them away. Her main male was Templeton.

She owned a pet shop/ tropical fish store

I am looking for another used chute that has both the head catch and is a squeeze chute all in one. I can't afford a new one at well over a grand. There are a couple more coming up in auctions.
