Grape arbor height

Does anyone have experience with trellising grape vines over an arbor? I'm trying to determine how tall to build the arbor so that I ( or any 6 ft person) can pass underneath without crouching. I figure I need to leave clearance for the grape clusters and whatever sag of the vines off the overhead support is typical. Any guidance on this would be appreciated.

The ones I've always had have been 5-6 ft tall and hung down. My in-laws have one that is about 7/8 ft off the ground and the grapes are easily accessible, but puning gets tricky and is tiring on the arms after a bit. In Italy, they are usually vertically trellised, so nothing to walk under at all. I am thinking of going that route with my next grapes.

What kind of grapes?

I'm not sure yet, still need to research. They'll be table grape varieties, and I'll make sure they have longer growing vines.
