Just thought I'd share this. I've just egg collected and one of my quails has layed a green egg! Never seen one this colour from them. Plenty of white and normal 'camo' colour, never green!

I think that with it being a bit smaller than the normal egg, it passed through the Shell gland to quick for the full colour to be added. It does look nice though!
 
There's a strain of coturnix that are laying what are being called "Celadon" eggs, the eggs are blue/green from what I've read. Maybe your hen has these genetics? Are you still getting the green eggs?
