Green eggs and ham, anyone??

Oh you're spoiled now!! After having backyard fresh eggs (especially the blue/green ones), there's no turning back. You'll never be satisfied with the taste of the store bought ones from now on.

Yea! I get green & blue, except for the last two days, NOTHING!
Like the others said, once you start eating those fresh eggs, you just turn your nose up at the store bought stuff.

My only issues is, I have problems storing a dozen eggs for a week, so they get old enough to hard boil & peal easy. I had to use fresh eggs today, cause hubby wanted egg salad. They looked like the moon, craters and all. But hubby enjoyed his egg salad sandwiches.

Well, we got one egg a day for 3 days and then yesterday (Christmas) we got TWO eggs!! Today there was only one again, but I'm sure more will start laying soon.

I am loving the surprise every time I go out there in the morning. lol I wonder if all of my chickens will lay the same color or if I will get some that are different colors. I can't wait to find out!
