Green One!!!

I'll have to find out how he keeps it so well manicured. When I see him again I will ask. I bet it is time consuming though.

Thought you guys may get a kick out of the info for the parade in our town. It's huge and has a modded-bike portion and contest, bands, etc.

We did my minivan the first year- covered the whole thing in biodegradable dishwashing detergent and put 5 gallons of purple and pink glitter on it in different designs. Every time I used the heat or air until I sold the thing it puffed glitter at us.

This year we're going to try to come up with something really neat- may pursue the wheat-grass car. In high-school I was a bit 'different' and had a 1970 Plymouth Valiant that I spray-painted white (took 22 cans to cover the dark green) and set all of my artsy friends to work making it a newspaper, complete with articles, classifieds, pics and comics. It was awesome!

Here's our parade's site: http://www.arttougeau.org/

I always wanted to paint my old Chevy LUV truck. It was a brilliant turquoise and the plan was to drape it in lace tablecloths as the stencils and spray paint it.

Sadly, it got wrecked and totaled a week after I found the tablecloths.
