That is one of my big summer projects this year is cold frames. I salvaged old windows from a house that was going to be torn down, I was going to build a green house, but I decided to bite off chunks I could actually do, so I down sized to making several cold frames out of them.Kass, my shoulder and back are screaming from just looking at your photos. Man does it look great.loved that you planned it all out. Most people around here just throw the stuff in the ground .
I have to take photos of the kale and salad in my cold frame. It is great. I really need to have a second one built for next year.
