Seriously thinking of just taking him to like Petco or Petsmart or something for his nails or asking the vet to do it LOL or hiring a mobile groomer

Try the sling first and if it doesnt work. Vets are good at it and some groomers do $10 walk in nail trims.

These are the prices for nail care. It said before on a different page $18 for nail trim and buffing so either they raised the price by $2 or maybe it depends on your individual store? IDK LOL but yeah.
