Wow, that seems like a lot. Is cleaning the ears this often recommended only for floppy-eared dogs? My dogs' ears almost never need cleaning. Their ears get washed when they get a bath.
Denver and Tucker are prone to ear infections. Their ears get waxy especially when its wet and then they dont dry so it technically once a week with the cleaner and i have dryijg stuff for their ears the other day or just a plain cotton ball

I dont do ears when being bathed because of the moisture

In case anyone cared, I gave the cat a bath (the one I asked a question about earlier) and it worked amazingly well! I got a ridiculous amount of hair off and when I pet her hardly any comes off now. I’m going to do it again in about two weeks, but then after I’m going to do it once a month. She (shockingly) let me blow her with the hair dryer. I’m going to use that until she is completely comfortable with it and then I’m going to try to use the more powerful dryer that I use for Chase.

This is Miss Pearlie, she is 12 years old, only sheds once a year and never stops. Even with daily brushing, the vacuum is need 2x a week. Has no issues with Chickens, very good dog.

Wow!!!!

How often should I clean my dogs ears? I have only done it a few times this year
I have Shepherds and that is about where I am at. I do look in them, and they have not ever looked dirty, and only squirted ear cleaner in when I give them baths.

I do not know how to maintain other dog ears, the floppy or fluffy kind. Sorry.
