So what do you guys do to prevent a middle part? My miniature Aussie always has a middle part down his back even if I blow dry it up or against the grain.

In my experiences there's no controlling an Aussie coat. Have never seen a center part. I'm used to all the back curls. Coat shouldn't be long enough to part in most instances. Got a picture?

Mine does too, mainly while she's still wet. It doesnt look bad at all after drying.

I might take Brew to a groomer soon or see if the vet can do it.

I trimmed up Pepper last weekend because she had a vet appointment this past week. Also because of the mud. Less to wipe off.
