Ground venison Recipes

I love venison, it's the best. I shot an elk this past fall and have been eating on that since. I noticed the other day that we were getting low on the burger, but we still have tons of stakes, stakes and more stakes. I make everything with it, haven't bought meat all winter, other than some sausage.
One year we added in some sausage with our deer burger, and that was good.
 
If you ask your meat cutter you should be able to add sausage seasonings to your hamburg instead of adding straight sausage then you get all the flavor without having the cost of sausage.
We do that for our customers and they love it. I have people come back year after year just for our sausage. Your butcher should also be able to cut that for jerky for you makes it easier when preparing.
