Correct, Purina Start and Grow. They have medicated and non medicated. GC
Is there a big difference in chick health? Since I'd be feeding it to my egg laying pullets, too, is non medicated best?

Seriously, I can't believe they don't carry the Purina Flock raiser...
But if you have a TSC, you might have another feed store in town.

I think they got in a new shipment, since the chicks came in today, but I'm not sure.https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/dumor-chick-starter-grower-20-feed-50-lb?cm_vc=-10005

This says it's 20%, didn't notice if it was medicated or not.

Dumor is actually Purina too, so if you find there is a price difference between Dumor and Purina and Purina is more expensive, just buy the Dumor. It's store brand Purina bagged specially for TSC.
I think they ARE separate brands just the same parent company. They will not likely be the exact same formulations. Think Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, (and I think) Little Ceaser's... different brands using the same base ingredients (food) with different recipes all owned by the same parent company, Yum Brands.I'll look for that tomorrow when I go.I think they got in a new shipment, since the chicks came in today, but I'm not sure.
That's the one I used with my chickens when they were chicks.
Alright, good to know! I thought it was separate brands.
Better known as multi conglomerate corporations, or the rich getting richer.I think they ARE separate brands just the same parent company. They will not likely be the exact same formulations. I'll look at the ingredients and see which looks best. And definitely agree on that last part; rich constantly get richer! You'd think there'd be a better distribution of money, but who knows. lol
