Growing outward bent wing feathers?

So i have this baby chick thats about a week old and i have begun to notice its wings are growing outward, is this normal? Its the only chick that has this. Its behavior is normal eats and drinks normal plays around with the other chicks, and has normal bowel movements. It is a red cochin chick.

Looks like a frizzle to me!

Depending on the parentage that would be my guess.

I have 2 blue and 2 splash hens. Had a gorgeous splash cockerel too, but sold him. Most folks don’t like to mate frizzle to frizzle because there’s a chance of the offspring being double frizzle, which makes the feathers really brittle. They sell like hot cakes though! Everybody seems to love them, I can’t hatch enough of them.

3 weeks is a bit early to guess gender, but I'll go out on a line and guess pullet.
