Guess on the sex of my turkey?

I know it's probably too early to tell but I'm leaning towards hen? I read online that males usually go compleatly bald while females have a line of feathers going down their necks. This turkey is 8 wks old.

I have had them have a mohawk at almost 6 months...... next day I had 4 instead of 2 jakes LOL

At 8 weeks old, toms still have the mohawk too. At 8 weeks old, toms will grow their wattle a little before the hens grow theirs.

Could be, but either way he/she is very pretty!! Is that a Naragansette? I love the feather coloring

Looks like a bronze. Narragansetts have a gene that causes the bronze to be replaced with grey. Very pretty though!
