This one might be a little easy....

1) I am a breed that has over 20 varieties including Blue Brassy Back, Lemon Blue, and Blue Red.

2) A DQ is any white in the face of a cockerel or pullet

3) My breed was first exhibited in the 1849 show in Boston.
