    Any small metal object tied to a piece of string will work the very same way. That is all that person is selling, it's just a sneaky way to rip you off.

    That is a basic form of Dowsing. If you want one I'll send you instructions on how to make and use 3 or 4 different types of Dowsing Rods and Pendulums. I teach a class on Dowsing.

    As for the ebay thing, it seems wierd that this seller doesn't have a pic of her invention, since she's selling it. I don't know about others, but i can't imagine buying something sight unseen. Afterall, ten bucks is ten bucks.
