Guinea fowl broke its talon. Not an emergency

I agree. If not neosporin, then honey or sugar. You can also mix sugar with povidone iodine to make a paste and slather this stuff on there, then wrap it in gauze or something so the sugardine doesn't fall off. The soaking will soften it enough that it may drain on its own, but then you need to keep it clean so it won't reinfect.

I'd be inclined to just leave it for several more days and see if the swelling goes down on it's own. The nail will fall off on it's own.

Nothing in the photo screams infection to me. Sometimes if you mess with things, you make them much worse.

I think im going to wait longer I might try soaking it tomorrow or maybe after tomorrow.

I haven't done anything with her toe. Here are some photos of it from today, I don't think they're very good though.

I forgot to feel her toe when I was last out there. I will do that tomorrow though.
Should I soak her toe or anything tomorrow?

I you are at all concerned, then soak it. It can't hurt and may help. If you are not concerned, you think it looks okay and not worse, then don't. If thinking about it is causing you stress, then soak it. You have nothing to go by other than your reactions when you look at it and watch the bird--does it seem okay? uncomfortable? Anything other than complete confidence that all is well, treat it. (If it turns bad, you won't regret trying)

Thank you
I might try soaking her toe tomorrow or the day after that especially if her nail falls off and depending on how her toe looks and feels.
Her nail is looking like it could fall of any day now.
Doodle doesn't seem very uncomfortable any more although she does hold her foot up quit a bit and barely limps sometimes but other than that she seems back to normal in a way.
She hopped on my back a yesterday, she hasn't done that very much since she broke her nail.
