Guinea fowl keet

I hope it's not discussed before but I have solo guinea fowl baby fully rejected from the nest we tried .... I have a incandescent bulb managing warmth in an enclosed large crafted wooden box I've gotten the little guy to drink but he doesn't eat I keep trying to show him how to peck eat but he goes straight to the water to be like yes water hand feeding failed paper pecking has failed do I just try and keep showing him or will that stress out the guy too much any help pointers to guide me right would be appreciated as he keep opening his mouth when waking up as if he is hungry

Do you have a chick you can put in with him by chance to show him the ropes? This has saved a few of mine.

How is he doing now?
